When you take antihistamine sleep aid do you get the shoulder pain from sleeping the wrong way?

I’m a tosser and have trouble sleeping.. when I take Advil PM (or tylenol PM.. barely different) I find that I sleep really well! But I have sore shoulder the day after and I’m guessing it is because I don’t toss and change positions as I would without the medication.
Anyone else experience this?
(I’m just getting a general reaction in the area of pain/discomfort in the morning, not looking for sleep aid advice)

I don’t believe there’s any connection. I’d recommend you go to sleep in a different position. Like instead of your right side, your left side or back.
