When do babies start a good sleeping schedule?
I have a 3 month old little boy and I like to go places and get things done around the house etc… I am dying for him to get on a good sleeping schedule so I can plan my day a little better and finally finish things I start without worrying about my baby. When do babies start a good sleeping schedule? What can I do to help keep a strict sleeping schedule with out him crying when I put him down? Any suggestions would help tremendously! Thanks!

Hey Hun, I know you are probably a bit frustrated. My triplets are 4 1/2 months old. I was in the same situation as you. I had things around the house.. etc. that needed to get done. My triplets were finally on a good sleeping schedule by about 3 1/2-4 months. I just set our a schedule that worked & I put them down at the same time everyday, after a while, they finally got used to it & they sleep wonderful now. It takes time, be patient & it will get done. =) Good Luck!
keep in mind he is going to cry when you put him down, it’s what they do. My son will sometimes be asleep and cry just because he wants to. Set a schedule that will work for you and go from there. Keep your head up and remember it will get easier.
My daughter is one and she knows that when she is in her crib its night night time. Sometimes she will cry and throw a fit, but if she’s ate and been changed and I know there is nothing wrong with her I just let her cry it out. I know that sounds mean but it doesn’t hurt. Trust me I also have a 3 year old and anytime he cried when he was a newborn I was right there picking him up and now I fight trying to get him to lay down. But my little girl goes to sleep or just lays there in her bed when it’s nap time. It will get better as long as you put him on a schedule and stick to it.
