I’ve tried ambien and it makes me sleep -but I always feel like my eyes are really heavy and my head isn’t that clear the next day. What about rozerem? or lunesta? are they any different?

All pharmaceuticals have horeb-bull side effects.
Try flushing the root of the problem: law, legalism.
It is the root source of fear hath torment, dis-ease.
It is also biblically called the ministration of death.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
Ambien, lunesta, rozerem, sonata, and benzodiazapems all affect each person differently. While one medication may have no side effects on me, may have an entirely different effect on you.
I have tried all of them and what works for me w/ the least amount of side effects was ambien. Rozerem was the worst. I felt like a zombie the next day and needed like 5 cups of coffee to even get moving.
The meds are different. I believe all the meds act on GABA receptors in the brain except rozerem, which acts on the melatonin receptors.
have you ever tried Melatonin for a more natural sleep aid? I use to have trouble sleeping and I’ve been taking that and it seems to help me. But I have weird dreams though, but before I would hardly remember dreaming at all. I would give it a shot if you haven’t tried it. You can get it at CVS or Walgreens. Hope you get a better nights sleep!!!
