Earlier I slept on my back, now I’ve begun sleeping on my stomach. Does it mean that my character is changing?

I wouldn’t over-analyze this. Maybe you are just more comfortable this way. If I am cold I sleep on my stomach. I wouldn’t worry about it.
Often times suggestive of relieving lower back tension.. May want to rule this out. See if you do have one hip higher than the other…. or a low shoulder.
Maybe your back hurts when your’e sleeping and you don’t know it. Maybe your life is getting stressful and you just feel like sleeping on your stomach is soothing. Maybe it’s just hot and you roll on your stomach at night.
It might mean that you’re more comfortable in that position, don’t let the psychologists or so-called experts tell you otherwise.
No
No. That’s is such B.S. I sleep on my stomach because my back hurts otherwise…. Do you have any aches and pains from sleeping different ways? You may just need a change, do you like sitting in the same spot on the couch all the time? If you don’t, then why would you think you would like sleeping in the same position all the time?
