What are some good ways to sleep better at night?

I have the worst trouble sleeping at night. I toss and turn for hours before finally falling asleep. have any good ideas to help me? I’m 15 so… make sure your ideas go with my age. Thanks.

I know that if you exercise 45 min a day you fall asleep 15 min faster. Your body will want to regroup itself, get more active, cut out caffeine after 5 or 6 and see if that helps. Try a new pillow, they’re $5 at walmart, your parents will prob spring for it. Or at least trade you. Try that. Maybe a heavier comforter. I bout a Nautica comforter that overall weighted more than my old one. The first night I had it was the best night sleep i have ever had. I think the weight goes back to when you were a baby.
Are you having comfort problems or you can’t turn your brain off? I am just about 30 and I read Archie comics before bed so I am relaxed and only worried about what to where the Riverdale high tomorrow.
It would be a good idea to limit caffeine drinks as well as fast food close to bed time. Turn off the tv and read a good book.
