Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
Hello yahoo i have a problem. I am 11 with a sleeping problem. On weekends i wake up at 11:00 am while i have my alarm set for 8:00 am. When i wake up i see the alarm saying it went off but i didn’t wake up. I really need some help on how to wake up earlier than what i am waking up at.
I heard coffee/caffeine puts the body in some kind of emergency mode,since our body was not meant to consume caffeine.This "emergency mode" is due to the system trying to get rid of the caffeine;therefore not absorbing the important and essential nutrients from food.
What is fact and what is fiction Yahoo friends?
My Dr said that I should be feeling very sleepy after a breastfeed (due to hormones at letdown) but at night I can’t sleep for around 4 hours (thus why I’m always on Yahoo Answers). I sleep for approximately 3 hours a night and the result is I’m like a zombie during the day and can’t handle even rocking my 6 week old to sleep.
Anyone else experience this?
I always seem to get it when the weather starts to change drastically. I prefer not to use sleeping pills.

I go to bed the same time on the weekdays. And getting drunk may cause another problem.

I am living my dream. I had to make my dreams more reachable. I dream to become wiser to help others. I never wanted to be anything like a singer, doctor, or a professional athlete. What I do like doing is expressing myself on yahoo and on myspace. So I am living my dreams. I also have a wife and four kids so I am living a worth while dream.
How close have you came to making your dreams a reality?
Every time the Ambien CR ad is on a Yahoo webpage, it makes my browser hang up or crash. Every time! I’m seeing it at Yahoo Finance message boards.
Is anyone else having this problem?
I tend to sleep in class when the lecture is really boring or when I’m tired from sleeping late due to my student council duties. I end up missing a lot of important lessons and setting a bad example to my other classmates. Any suggestions? I’d solve this my self but all the stuff i tried failed plus I’m desperate and love yahoo answers. Thanks
Yahoo for some stupid reason has Ambien Cr advertising on Answers. However every time the dang Commercial pops up my computer locks up and I wind having to reboot or closing the window.
Does anyone think Ambien CR is of the devil and sent here to stop people from answering religious questions?
It is causing my cpu to jump to maximum and I have to leave yahoo because of it. Is this happening to anyone esle.

well ever since i can remember i’ve hated waking up and i dont like the light also when i go 2 sleep i sleep longer than usual (alot longer) like 4 example i slept all of last nite 4rm 8pm til this evening 4:30pm wats wrong with me??!!!! i need 2 know if i have a sleep disorder plz answer me back asap because i’m going 2 the dr.’s office sometime this week and i would like to ask them but everytime i go i alwayz 4get im not a morning or even day person 2 be exact and i dont take the usual catnap when i nap i usually wake up 2 1/2 hrs later plzz helpp i need 2 know e-mail me with nething else u can tell me pwease!!!!!! :’(
