My Dr said that I should be feeling very sleepy after a breastfeed (due to hormones at letdown) but at night I can’t sleep for around 4 hours (thus why I’m always on Yahoo Answers). I sleep for approximately 3 hours a night and the result is I’m like a zombie during the day and can’t handle even rocking my 6 week old to sleep.
Anyone else experience this?

Anyone had experience supplementing their progesterone levels in order to treat severe, chronic, Insomnia? Chronic Insomnia is a condition whereby you can’t sleep AT ALL without the aid of medication. Can anyone tell me if it improved / cured their Chronic Insomnia.
Please don’t post stupid answers such as see your doctor or google. Thanks, I’m intelligent enough, I have done both but I still have a problem, that’s why I’m on Yahoo Answers OK? Thanks in advance, if you don’t know the answer to the question, please don’t post.

I have all kinds of issues with sleep. Sleep apnea, insomnia, heat sensitivity, etc. Yahoo Answers isn’t enough for me… I need a larger community of people to answer my questions. Can you suggest a website?

It’s almost 2am and can’t fall asleep. I tried to read some short stories and it didn’t help. I doubt being on yahoo answers will help that much. So do you have any other ideas?
