K I have a bag of Valerian root and want to make it to drink. How can I do this pls I mean what’s the proper way? pls only respond if you know how and try give me a list of brief instructions rather than a link somewhere thx.
Also its not powdered but is in tiny pieces like 3 or 4mm long.
Interested in trying Valerian root, done some research but i need personal opinions.
I started taking Milk Thistle for liver support and have been taking it on a daily basis. Is it safe for me to start taking Valerian Root on a daily basis as well? I want to start taking the Valerian Root for stress and anxiety.

i have GAD anxiety and i take 8 10mg serax’s/oxazepam.doctor said i can cut down on my serax while drinking valerian root tea. please help?

i have Valerian root tea here and i have it but theres alot of the valerian root particles..am i supposed to consume it? helps my anxiety doctors says i can cut down on my benzo when drinking this.

Me and my guy started growing and saling Valerian plants as a summer break job and to sale to people in our hood since people have alotta pets. But since this is the hood, people might not have a vet so they come to us for cheap. No license but we need the back to school money. We grow it, let the root get moist, pluck it, then coat it in sugar so that the dog craves it and the owner keeps coming back. We gave it nicknames like "pink kiss", "wet dog", "trippy", "sweet leaf", and "barry white". But how much is safe? Is 5 grams of barry white too much in one day for a dog?
I heard valerian is good if you are nervous for a speech or presentation. Has anyone ever tried it?
