Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
Don’t assume or get any ideas about me because of a simple question. I ask because I am writing a story in which my main character takes a bottle of sleeping pills to "shut everything off". Doctor prescribed or over the counter ones will work. Something that doesn’t involve, benadryl, tylenol, advil or aleve or whatever would help, thanks…

In my research to find more about medical mj and insomnia, I read that people that use mj for insomnia report having fewer dreams…I can verify from experience that this seems true, but i was wondering if people really do have fewer dreams, or if they just cannot recall their dreams.

my experience: I used to smoke regularly (mj and k2) and i would fall asleep quickly, but seemingly not have dreams. I stopped smoking recently and have had alot of trouble sleeping (you can call me addicted but I had trouble before smoking and I know real addictions-this isnt one). Now I take tylenol PM sometimes, but i dont like to. Anyway, I have also noticed an increase in dream recall since stopping…anyway, thats my story and reading about it got thinking so hopefully someone out there can answer this for me

2. Do people with medical marijuana actually have fewer dreams, or is it because they forget them once they wake up?
I realize you are trolling, but I still dont like the dependence associated with sleeping pills, or the damage they do to my body. I still feel healthy and normal with marijuana

I know indica strains put you on couchlock and thats why I liked sativa for recreation, but medically yes, you are right. Indica is what I would use for my insomnia. now, do you think you didnt dream at all, or did you just forget your dreams? (something very easy to do, and even easier if youve got short term memory loss from MJ haha)
any other medical advice, preferably from a doctor would be greatly appreciated, I find this very interesting
Okay so I’m 14 and I have insomnia. My doctor didn’t want to put me on sleep pills because I’m so young. He said to take Benadryl on rare occasions if I really can’t sleep. It worked and now I just take it pretty much every night. Sometimes I take Nyquil or Tylenol PM too. But that’s usually only when I have a bit of a cold. Benadryl is my main sleep aid. Is it bad to be doing this or is it okay?
I like to go on weekend excursion backpacking trips. The problem i have is that i have trouble sleeping which makes for long nights and exhausting hikes. Is it safe to take a mild sleep aid such as a nighttime pain relief like Tylenol pm to help me sleep?
In the past, I have taken Vicodin which did a good job treating my pain without making me drowsy. My doctor just prescribed Tylenol with Codeine which just completely knocked me out. Does Codeine cause a lot more drowsiness than Hydrocodone and is Hydrocodone a better choice to treat moderate to severe pain without getting drowsy?
I have been prescribed the lorazepam (ativan) at .5mg and it’s not working. my doc phoned in an rx for trazodone at 50mg and it’s not doing much either. does anyone know the implications of combining these two? OR combining either or both with benadryl or tylenol pm? i MUST get some sleep.
is there an acurate website for finding the contraindications of these specific drugs: dosages, etc.??
Oki, if any of ya’ll have went through this problem and fixxed it tell meh how please.. i get like 3 or 4 hours of sleep at night tops. I either go to sleep at like 11 pm and wake up at 2-4 and cant go back to sleep, or I’m not able to go to sleep till like 3, and i have to wake up at around 6 30 to get ready for school. I’ve tried taking this Tylenol Pm stuff, but it either doesnt make me sleepy or it takes about 4 hours to hit me. Any tips? 
Does Tylenol Pm have some of the same things as benadryl? Does all tylenol have it or just the "Pm" kind?
To answer my own question the metal taste went away after about 36 hours of the last lunesta. I was scared there for a minute. Tylenol PM may leave me groggy, but I prefer them to Lunesta.
I am almost 35 weeks pregnant. I’ve been having difficulty sleeping and my OBGYN told me that I could take Benadryl or Tylenol PM to sleep. I asked her how often is safe, and she told me I could take it everynite. There are always conflicting opinions I am finding from doctors, fellow pregnant woman, and ofcourse online. Just wondering if any one else has been in the same situation, and if so, did you take anything. Thank You!
While the box of Children’s Benadryl I bought today was sealed, the inside contained just the bottle and the dosage cup. I’m used to having the lid on the bottle sealed up with plastic as well. At least that’s how Children’s tylenol and motrin seem to come packaged. Does anyone have an unopened box they can check to see what sort of packaging is contained within the box? I’m not sure whether or not this box might have been tampered with. Thanks for checking for me!

and Tylenol Simply Sleep with active ingredient of Diphemhydramine 25mg per capsul.
Are they 100% the same exact thing? If not, whats their difference. Other then color and things like that.
I usually take two trazodone at night to sleep, but since a death in the family last week i have also taken a tylenol pm (one) because i sleep longer and deeper. However, I’m feeling somewhat goofy during the day.
I’ve got a really bad sinus infection and was written Cephadyn, which is Butalbital and Tylenol. It’s making me very very drowsy, but I’m still operable. I’ve gotten plenty of sleep and had to take one this morning. If I drink half of a coke or something, do you think it will counteract the drowsiness? I don’t ever drink caffeine (literally) so I’m not sure. Thanks.
this lady had back surgery and was prescribed loratab for pain, 4xday, she came down with a bad cold and cough, so she is taking tylenol for cough and flu plus her ambien. can a person take all this stuff together?
