I just took 1 aspirin and 1 sleeping pill the sleeping pill is like tylenol pm but a little stronger but i was just wondering can you overdose from it?
okay so i have a big problem, im only 13 and i couldnt sleep. So my mom gives me a tylenol pm, and i sleep well. this goes on for a week, then 2 weeks, and now i cant even feel tierd without takeing one of this Tylenol PM things. in otherwords im addicted to it. Any ideas on how to cut this addiction, and how i can help myself sleep?
I know there’s tylenol pm, but what are some others? I just want to know brands and if they work well.
I am pretty sure I am addicted to Tylenol PM lol. I know that the "tylenol" part of it is really bad for my liver and I have taken between 2-3 a night for about 4 years. I cant sleep without them. I have been on Ambien and it didnt work at all for me. Is there any other over the counter sleep aids I can take that really work? Or are the prescribed ones the better way to go? Thanks for the help
My husband has always snored even when we were dating but since we got married he has put on some weight well a lot of weight and now his snoring sounds like a bear. It is really, really, really. really loud and when we first got married it started bothering me so I would take Tylenol PM so I can sleep or try to get to sleep before him so I can have a good night sleep but now I am pregnant and really tired and his snoring is stopping me from sleeping I will get to sleep before him and wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom then I can’t fall back asleep so I will go to the couch. Then as soon as I am really sleep he gets up in the middle of the night and begs me to go back to bed because he wants to sleep with me and the baby if I don’t hurry to sleep first there goes the snoring. Then when I move to the couch he wakes up like I hurt his feelings and mopes around in the morning. He tells me he can’t do anything about it and he’s sorry but does not want me to sleep on the couch with the baby. He can’t sleep on the couch because it hurts his back. What do I do I am feeling delirious from no rest or I deal with his stinking attitude. I asked him to go to the gym and he always makes excuses so I just stopped asking him because it was making me angry his response is that he is tired from work and the business we run The doctor told him to go to a sleep center but our insurance does not cover the entire bill. I feel he can make it to the gym but he tells me he is not ready to go yet {whatever that means}. Should I continue to sleep on the couch or try to sleep with him to avoid hurting his feelings? Oh I also tired the breath right strips and they fall off in the night and don’t really work that well. I don’t know what to do.
i am on zoloft for my NCS. i have been on it for about 6 months and i have been getting an average of about 3-4 hours of sleep a night for the past 2 weeks. i know i should see my doctor but i am only 17 and my mother is not willing to take me. i know tylenol pm is safe, but i feel like i need something a bit stronger. anybody know of anything i can safely take while on my zoloft?
I’ve had the insomnia for a little over one week. I try not to take any meds like benadryl or tylenol pm. Im concerend that my lack of sleep is harming my baby. Has anyone else had troubles with insomnia early in their pregnancy?
I’ve been having trouble with my sleep patterns lately, and I wanna get back on schedule. I try taking Tylenol PM, but I fall asleep for an hour or two and wake up wide awake.
I have a bottle of Valerian Root that says to take 3 capsules before bedtime, but each capsule is about 500mg each. It says to take 3 to make a serving, which is 1,605mg. Does that sound right?

I’m going to be flying from Anchorage, Alaska all the way back to New Jersey in less than a month..I’m a bad flyer to begin with and usually(when I’m not pregnant) take a sedative of some sort to calm me down and knock me out for the flight.. tylenol pm just doesn’t work all that great for me..so i was wondering if there are any other sleeping aids that are safe for me and baby, I could take on my flight? Ill be just about 19 weeks when I fly…i appreciate any advice you guys can give me
I wanted to start taking myself off of Tylenol PM and start taking herbal remedies? Can I take drink chamomile, use lavender and take the pill valerian-all together?

In my research to find more about medical mj and insomnia, I read that people that use mj for insomnia report having fewer dreams…I can verify from experience that this seems true, but i was wondering if people really do have fewer dreams, or if they just cannot recall their dreams.

my experience: I used to smoke regularly (mj and k2) and i would fall asleep quickly, but seemingly not have dreams. I stopped smoking recently and have had alot of trouble sleeping (you can call me addicted but I had trouble before smoking and I know real addictions-this isnt one). Now I take tylenol PM sometimes, but i dont like to. Anyway, I have also noticed an increase in dream recall since stopping…anyway, thats my story and reading about it got thinking so hopefully someone out there can answer this for me

I realize you are trolling, but I still dont like the dependence associated with sleeping pills, or the damage they do to my body. I still feel healthy and normal with marijuana

I know indica strains put you on couchlock and thats why I liked sativa for recreation, but medically yes, you are right. Indica is what I would use for my insomnia. now, do you think you didnt dream at all, or did you just forget your dreams? (something very easy to do, and even easier if youve got short term memory loss from MJ haha)

Okay so I’m 14 and I have insomnia. My doctor didn’t want to put me on sleep pills because I’m so young. He said to take Benadryl on rare occasions if I really can’t sleep. It worked and now I just take it pretty much every night. Sometimes I take Nyquil or Tylenol PM too. But that’s usually only when I have a bit of a cold. Benadryl is my main sleep aid. Is it bad to be doing this or is it okay?
I like to go on weekend excursion backpacking trips. The problem i have is that i have trouble sleeping which makes for long nights and exhausting hikes. Is it safe to take a mild sleep aid such as a nighttime pain relief like Tylenol pm to help me sleep?
I have been prescribed the lorazepam (ativan) at .5mg and it’s not working. my doc phoned in an rx for trazodone at 50mg and it’s not doing much either. does anyone know the implications of combining these two? OR combining either or both with benadryl or tylenol pm? i MUST get some sleep.

Oki, if any of ya’ll have went through this problem and fixxed it tell meh how please.. i get like 3 or 4 hours of sleep at night tops. I either go to sleep at like 11 pm and wake up at 2-4 and cant go back to sleep, or I’m not able to go to sleep till like 3, and i have to wake up at around 6 30 to get ready for school. I’ve tried taking this Tylenol Pm stuff, but it either doesnt make me sleepy or it takes about 4 hours to hit me. Any tips?
