Edit – not a junkie. Just can’t make it through my day with 1 – 2 hours sleep. That’s about all I get with Tylenol PM.
I have allergy problems and i also have trouble sleeping at night (insomnia). Tonight my noes is stuffed up and I took a Tylenol so it would clear up, and also I have to wake up for school tomorrow and the only way i can fall asleep tonight if i take my (not subscribable medicine) sleeping pills. The sleeping pills name is called Sleep Now from Herbalife
anymore questions on whats in the sleeping pill il ask if needed.

I have seasonal allergies. Right now, I’m miserable. I have benedryl but that makes me feel loopy and out of my mind. I tried Tylenol Allergy and it wasn’t as bad, but I still felt like I was losing it. I have a tournament this weekend and need an OTC med that won’t make me feel like I went to Woodstock and sampled a bit of everything. Thanks for your help
i just took 2 tylenol pms and they havent kicked in it..other than that anybody kno any good ones? becuz my sleeping pattern is all messed up..i sleep all durring the day and stay up all during the night and i cant b havin that..so any1 kno any good pills or medicine made just for that?
I take benadryl on a recreational basis [about 400mg a day] and I was just wondering how long it takes for the medicine to leave your system? Also, I take it with 1000mg of tylenol, is that okay? I’ve never had a hangover from it.
I’d been sleeping poorly, so took a couple of Tylenol PMs last night and was in such a deep sleep, I feel much more focused today. Should I take them again tonight to catch up further on my sleep?
Sometimes I can only get like 5 hours of sleep a night and I don’t want to still be drowsy from Tylenol PM on my drive. Is it okay to take it if I can only get 5 hours?
I am spending the night in a tent tomorrow and need some advice on how to go about this. I have not been able to sleep in tents before, at midnight I always head inside the house. I am going to take some night time tylenol, but this doesn’t usually help. Any suggestions?

Im posting this as someone who knows the answer to help combat misinformation. You can take both. But don’t take my word for it, look up the number to a pharmacist and ask them directly (it takes no time at all). I just did and he explained that it is perfectly fine to take tylenol pm with ambien
I am thinking about making some chamomile tea and having a melatonin (I’ve been having a hard time falling asleep before 4-5am) will this be ok to do? I had tylenol about 3 hours ago.
I take between 5-10mg Ambien every night but one or two nights per week I will take a 10mg Ambien along with two Tylenol PM. Is this okay to do? A coworker said it could stop my respiratory system and I could die in my sleep. I need some clarity.

I have tried Benadryl, Tylenol PM, Tylenol Simply Sleep, Unisom, and Sleep MD. They all work about the same for me, so I was just wondering if anyone knew of any other types or brands of sleep aids that I could try? Also, do all over the counter sleeping pills have the same ingredients or is there an ingredient I should look for? I’m just trying to find something that works once and for all, or maybe I just need to switch it up so I don’t get addicted!
About 2 hours ago I had a can of Mountain Dew, so I had some caffeine intake. We’re supposed to have some severe storms tonight, and I know I won’t be able to get to sleep in the middle of them, so I was going to take like a Tylenol PM in about an hour or two to help me sleep through it. However, since I just gave myself an energy burst, I don’t know if it’s safe to take a sleeping pill. Would it be alright?
