I have a prescription of tylenol 3′s for my broken ankle, and I have trouble sleeping at night, so I was wondering if i can take a melatonin sleeping pill to help get to sleep, or if it’s dangerous to take them together or something…

What should I do to sleep better?

I am 17yrs and I recently got caught with some marijuana in my room by my mom and the reason y I would do it is because I have trouble sleeping and with it I nock out really good and comfortable.. Anyone know anything I can take or any good pills or anything fo help me sleep? I dont have insurance so I cant just go to the doctor and get anything subscribed. Anyone know what I can do?

Looking up sleep apnea it says "brief periods of recurrent cessation of breathing during sleep that is caused especially by obstruction of the airway or a disturbance in the BRAIN’s respiratory center". I had never heard of the brain’s respiratory center or anything remotely similar. What does it mean? How does it help humans (and probably animals)?

I would appreciate any information since a family member hospitalized for aggravated COPD, and CHF among others (pneumonia especially) keeps having trouble sleeping and her breathing is worse than yesterday.

Ok, so I’ve purchased a bottle of melatonin pills (by Jamieson) and they are 3mg’s per pill. How many should I take to knock me out tonight?
This is the first time I’ve ever taken any kind of sleeping pill so just wondering? :)

I’ve been having a lot of trouble sleeping and have heard these pills do the trick.

Non Prescription Sleeping Aids?

Hey, I have real trouble sleeping and feel i have tried everything! Do any of you guys no of a good non prescription sleeping pills available in the UK, or have u got any tips to getting to sleep easier. Ive found that listening to the radio quietly helps but that’s as far as ive got! Thanks :)

I’ve read up a lot on the benefits of taking a valerian root supplement (because I have high anxiety and often have trouble sleeping at night). I want to start taking it, but from what I’ve read I can’t pinpoint if it actually makes you tired like a sleeping pill, or if it simply makes you feel more relaxed. Can anyone help me?

I took 7(reccomended dose is 2 daily) before i went to bed on accident, then I actually had trouble sleeping and I felt a little trippy. In the morning, I woke up and felt fine. What will happen next? Btw, the pill is Ibuprofen PM if that helps.

I have been having trouble sleeping and heard of chloroform from a popular trial that has been in the news. I heard I can make this from household chemicals and then I can just get a sock, dip it in the chloroform, put the sock around my nose and I will snooze away.

Is this a good idea? I’m very tired and don’t want to form an addiction from over the counter sleep aids!

I take Lutera birth control once daily. I’ve been on it for a while now. I have trouble sleeping at night. Like right now it’s 1:38am. And I want to sleep, but I can’t.
I am wondering if I can take CVS night time sleep aid with this birth control because I’m kind of a hypochondriac.

I have trouble sleeping at night so I get the most sleep that I can (about 7 hours), but by the morning and throughout the day I am wiped out. I drink a cup of coffee in the morning and then at least one mountain dew during the day. I don’t want to take in that much caffeine, any suggestions on other options I could use?
