Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
I put Benadryl capsules under my tongue like some people suggest because it works faster that way, but my tongue is now numb, and I’m talking funny…why is that?
Every night i take a sleeping pill and it gets me to sleep a half an hour after i take it. My mom found out i hide it under my tongue and so thats my only hiding place. So if you can help me i would appreciate it.
I was stung by a bee today and I am deathly allergic. Went to the ER today to get the Epi shot and an IV ran with other antihistamines to stop my tongue and throat swelling anymore. I was informed of relapse. The doctor put me on steroids and told me to take Benadryl every 7-8 hours. But, the problem is about 4 hours of taking 50mg I start breaking out in a hive all over my body again. Can you take Benadryl every 4 hours without any issue? I have put in a call to the hospital, but haven’t got a call back from them yet. The hives are miserable. I appreciate all answers.
My husband snores, a lot… He is a mouth breather, which causes more snoring, when he rolls onto his back it is the worst. He doesn’t just stop breathing like with apnea, but sometimes his tongue falls back in his throat cutting off his breathing momentarily, so he adjusts, and then is soon snoring again! We’ve tried the sprays, mouth rinse, breathing strips, humidifiers, herbs, everything affordable. I don’t want to invest -0+ into a device and then have it not work. Any advice?
i had a stomach problem wich turned into an infection , the doctor gave me a shot for wich it turned out i was allergic , it cause my tongue to swell and my jaws clenched , now that it’s all over i still have a drowsy feeling i can’t seem to shake , any ideas on what i might drink or eat ?
I was listening to the radio and they were talking about some ways you can sleep better. Like, one of the one I caught was to roll your tongue back a couple times or something.
What are some things you do to sleep better? Something besides eating and the corny ocean sounds. Also, some ways to maybe add some hours to my sleep? I need to know because my skin is really bad and Im really stressed out and just need the rest to calm my nerves down.
There’s nothing on the bottle, other than take it at bedtime. CVS brand if that helps.
Yes, I didn’t know it is supposed to have some long-term effect, I just thought it was to help you get to sleep for one night. And I meant pills that you swallow, not under-the-tongue.
Surprised to hear 5-6 mg doses. It used to be 1mg, and I thought the 3mg we get now is overdoing it.

The sleep aid is Melatonin, and the instructions just say, "Take 1 dropper a day at bedtime only". Does that mean to just put it on my tongue or mix it in something?

Doctor recommended that I should try Melatonin when I find that I can’t sleep. Anyways, I heard your suppose to let it dissolve under your tongue? The first time I swallowed it. Does it matter?
