I woke up at 10am and had to start my day. When I got home at 1:30ish I just watched some tv and played xbox instead of starting landscaping because I didn’t sleep much last night (I’ve relaxed most of summer) Then around 4 I started feeling lightheaded I kept relaxing (because I have anxiety and I knew it was because of lack of sleep) at 4:30 I started noticing mucus build-up in the back of my nose. I lay down for almost an hour and felt less dizzy. Went on with my day (watched TV with the family, ate dinner) Around 9:30 I felt dizzy again. I had the random idea to take my blood pressure. It’s was 80/60 with 94 pulse rate then 88/60 with 100 pulse rate I started to worry. I got up and started moving around, ran up the stairs, and walked around. I sat down for 10 min and took my blood pressure (like before) and accidentally squeezed the hand pump what I thought was one too many times. My blood pressure came out to 100/72 with 94 pulse rate(big difference, probably because I didn’t know what I was doing) I took it again to make sure it wasn’t a fluke and I got the same results. I feel less dizzy since moving around but still a little dizzy. Is this dizziness something to worry about.
P.S- I’ve had this happen once before when I didn’t sleep much but then I was much more dizzy (needed help walking) I slept and felt better. This time I’m wondering if my heartburn is playing a factor in this.(just a thought, I’ve had it bad the last several nights). Also, I’m 16 year old male, skinny, possible hyperactive thyroid (awaiting blood test results) and am in decent shape (can still play hard basketball with getting winded.)

The ENT specialist is recommending a surgery to remove tonsils. My question : Is this absolutely required given it is a mind case(as I have been told)? Any side effect/longterm effect if I don’t get this done? Will this surgery absolutey cure the sleep apnea?
