It is common (or possible) to suffer from sleep apnea if you only sleep on your stomach or side?
I sleep on my stomach and I have the nasal mask for my CPAP machine but I can’t get comfy at all and can’t fall asleep. I have never slept through the night with it and I am tired every day. I am wondering if I took a sleeping pill with it at night if that would help. I need to figure something out because the coffee is starting not to be effective with keeping me awake during the day. Any help or suggestions out there?

How long does the caffeine from chocloate more specifically stay in your breastmilk?
I’m not sure if all caffeine is the same or not , but how long should wait feed my son after eating a couple pieces of chocloate? what happens if you take 5 sleeping pills and you’re stomach isn’t pumped? someone i know has taken 5 sleeping pills and her husband refuses to take her to the hospital- he keeps saying she will be ok and these stunts for her are for attention- i need to know honestly if she will be okay.
