For about 4 months straight, I’ve had reoccurring nightmares. Every single night, I wake up about 3 times, only to fall back asleep with a new nightmare. Sometimes they’ll be the exact same one, or a completely different one. I’ve tried sleeping different ways, sleeping with soft music, sleeping with the lights on, almost everything I could think of. I’ve also been catching glimpses of people that were in the nightmare while in public. I’ve gotten to the point where it’s easier to just not sleep. Anyone know anything that will help?

I have problems sleeping. I can lay in bed for hours and hours, but cn’t fall asleep. I wake up at like 12pm or 1pm because I can never make myself fall asleep early. The latest I usually go to bed is like 3am. I hate it. Can anyone tell me how I can make myself fall asleep? Other then playing soft music? Lol.

Some people count sheep.
Some people listen to soft music.
And I just read a news article today that said listening to monkeys is the most efficient way to fall asleep faster.
What do you think is the best way to fall asleep faster based on personal experience.

i have tried everything i can think of to help me sleep. warm milk, exercise, reading, soft music, ambient music, aroma therapy and i still cannot sleep. i am normally awake until at least 4 AM and that is when i sometimes start to get tired. sometimes i don’t sleep for several days. my doctor will not prescribe any sort of sleeping aid and i have tried over the counter aids and they do not work. i would rather use natural ways to help me sleep. any help would be grately appreciated

The only thing that seems to do it is when me and my husband are holding them, they fall asleep right away. And when we put them down they wake up screaming and crying help!!!! Any advise??? me and my husband have been operating on like 2 hours of sleep right now.

Are there any sites out there that have incredibility to that or is just a song or a myth or something? Sleeping pills aren’t an option for me cuz i’m afraid i might not wake up and listening to soft music doesn’t do me any favors either.
Georgia;lol.I’m desperate here! by the time i fall asleep it’s time for me to get up and go to school! and i can’t use sleeping pills.

I have tried every prescription and non-prescription drugs that are available, I’ve had 2 sleep studies done and all they told me was that I have insomnia, I have cut out caffeine, tried warm baths before bed, soft music and a glass of wine. Nothing helps.
Do you have any other suggestions?

I get 8-9 hours of sleep per night, and I usually sleep fairly soundly. I’ve tried drinking warm milk and listening to soft music before going to sleep, and I avoid caffeine and sweets before going to sleep. I know I do not suffer from any sleeping disorders and I am looking for a non-medicated way to feel refreshed in the morning after sleeping.
I want a NON-MEDICATED way to do this, please and thank you.
