Well, I can understand men being exhausted enough to sleep through each other’s snores. I suppose what I’m getting at is, does one soldier’s snoring effect the safety of the other in a combat zone? If so, how is that issue addressed?

My sisters, grandmother and aunt sleep walk.. my mom as night terrors.. my cousin talks.. and my dad snores when they sleep. I don’t do any of that. Is that kind of stuff hereditary? Will I experience it later in life? Or is it just them?

I keep waking up my husband with my wheezy, noisy snores. I sleep on my stomach and am breathing fine and quietly, but as soon as I drop off he wakes me up and says I’m snoring. I almost don’t believe him. What shall I do? He needs his sleep (badly, old grouch!).

My 31 year old boyfriend snores like a pig and it is not doing our relationship any favours!
He had his nose broken a few years back which may not help but his snoring is getting louder and louder. Does anyone have any ideas on what kind of treatments we can get from a chemist or any advice on how to quieten him down?!
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

My boyfriend snores LOUDLY and I have to take sleeping pills when we stay together, but I don’t want to make that a permanent thing. Those nose strips reduce it, but still it sounds like a herd of wildebeest.
Any tried and tested reducers or cures that you know of?
