Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
Lately I just can’t sleep iv been given sum sleeping tablets and they do work but even if I get a good nights sleep I’m still exhausted to go to work I’n the mornin is there any think I can do ?
This is for my A Level Double Award Health & Soical care coursework. Benzodiazepines are prescribed sleeping tablets. Please help!
Im having trouble sleeping at the minute. I have a lot of family problems and there playing on my mind. Iv tried herbal sleeping tablets and they dont seem to work. I dont really want to go and see a counsellor or a doctor, but has anyone got any tips to help me get to sleep?
I am not very keen on flying. When it comes to sitting on an airplane it seems to take forever. I have a trip to europe coming up in a week and I am looking into buying some sleeping tablets to knock me out for a couple hours of the flight. Any suggestions on which work the best??
Can anyone please tell me If a old lady who is 70 years old who has bp and heart disease takes 36 sleeping tablets what will happen to her. Will she survive if so what is the percentage. Also, i would like to know after taking these many pills will she be able to walk with help atleast up to the front gate to go to the hospital
is anyone know how to calm mind from unnessery thoughts? i have sleep problem for 2 years…therefore i can’t sleep properly.my doctor recommends to take some sleeping tablets…when i use them i can sleep otherwise i can’t sleep.from the internet i got an infrmation it says taking sleeping tables its not good its for only temparary relief also affects insommnia cycle, so i stoped talking them….still i have no way to solve this problem…i try to calm my self but i couldn’t

Hey, I have a problem which is messing up my life. I am taking my finals from college at the moment and I study for them so I know everything, then the night before the test I cant sleep so it ruins all my hard work because im so tired. Last night I slept at 6 and had to be up at 8 for an exam at 9. This is really upsetting and annoying because I work so hard then cant make myself sleep at night. Im not thinking about anything, I just cant seem to switch off my mind. I have tried sleeping tablets, no use, they just make me tired and unable to sleep. Does anybody have any ideas that can help me?
What happens if ya have insomnia and you don’t know what the cause is? If sleeping tablets don’t work what would be next? Could anxiety or depression cause insomnia?
