My ex boyfriend just called me and told me he took some sleeping pills and was telling me his last goodbyes…he took 30ish.
i took 2 sleeping pills and it took 3hrs for them to kick in.
I’m 19 years old, a virgin.
This last week I was having problems getting to sleep so for about 3 days I took some sleeping pills…Now i’m late by a week or two, would that be the cause?
Not prescription ones, just regular over the counter ones.Thanks!
Okay I have two big problems with my insomnia. It’s falling asleep, and staying asleep. The doc gave me some Rozerem samples and it didn’t help me that much. Which sleeping pills have helped you the most? I’ve been considering Ambien CR, but does it help you fall asleep quickly, along with helping you stay asleep? And does Lunesta have the same Short Term Amnesia side affects as Ambien?
I take sleeping pills pretty often. its getting to a point that i have to take them every couple of days. i know it is definitly not good, but how bad can this actually be?
I suffer from severe insomnia, in other words i canna sleep a wink. EVER! and yes i kno that i should only use sleeping pills when prescribed by a doctor or whatever, but I was just wondering what is the best sleeping pill around that actually works?

I very rarely get to sleep before 3am (despite going to bed at a reasonable hour – usually about 11.30/12.00).
This isn’t a symptom of the depression, it’s because my room is always really bright and I cant sleep easily unless it’s dark.
Could lack of sleep be aggravating the depression? Like, if i get sleeping pills could it help?

I went to two separate doctors. One gave me sleeping pills for a ‘sleeping disorder.’
"Insomnia?" I asked to clarify, but he told me, No sleeping disorder.
So.. whats the difference?

I always had this problem where I can’t force myself to sleep when I’m supposed to wake up early the next morning. Is there anything -preferably natural things, not sleeping pills- that can help me feel sleepy ? I heard cough syrup is good to make you dose off. But anyway, I’m not too sure.
