Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
I ask this because I was planning on taking a sleeping pill tonight because I have had trouble getting to sleep the past few nights but I also want to blaze.
I have allergy problems and i also have trouble sleeping at night (insomnia). Tonight my noes is stuffed up and I took a Tylenol so it would clear up, and also I have to wake up for school tomorrow and the only way i can fall asleep tonight if i take my (not subscribable medicine) sleeping pills. The sleeping pills name is called Sleep Now from Herbalife

My grandmother has been having trouble sleeping lately and honestly it’s been getting extremely annoying. Only problem is she has a thing against drugs and medication so i can’t take her to a doctor to get it checked out nor can i give her a pill knowingly.
Is there such a thing as an over the counter sleeping pill that’s crushable and i can mix in a drink for her?
I’m on Zoloft for anxiety & have a history of depression. I want to switch to a different anti-depressant, start taking sleeping pill and go on birth control to curb p.m.s and menstrual pain. What would be a good combination? I’m seeing a doctor about it in a few days but I want to have an educated guess before I see her.
I take a sleeping pill at night before I go to be. Even after the sleeping pill is working I am still unable to fall asleep because my skin is very ichy. What can I do.
im 13.I’ve been having sleeping problems for about 2 years. It started when one night i tossed and turned and could get to sleep ! in the end i got my self in such a state i was sick. Ever since i’ve been anxoius every night about having enough sleep. Ive tried every thing, reading bathing. Until i went to sleeping pills. Then it started to get better and i was able to sleep with no worries at weekends and holidays until larst night it happned again, i tossed and turned and got my self into a right crying mess ! but i renching but wasnt sick luckly. i had to take night nurse to make me fall asleep. now i’ve got this anxiety all today about sleeping 
is there any way or thing to help me sleep please im really upset about it, and its becoming part of me now ! i want it to stop PLEASE help me . My heart races causing me not to sleep, is this a panic attack ?

If I went outside in the winter time, and took a strong sleeping pill, would I freeze to death or wake up from the feeling of being cold?

Im 14, and I cant sleep at all. I roll over and i am "active" in my sleep. I cant just lay still. I also wake up on average, 7 times a night. I used to take a sleeping pill for my severe anxiety, but it had reverse effects. I would stay up ALL night without sleeping whatsoever. So, i need an idea of how i should get some better sleep. It’s making sick and paranoid.

My boyfriend takes clonazepam (only .5 mg) every night for panic attacks and sleep issues. However, they no longer work for his insomnia, so he started taking a regular sleeping pill (which has helped a lot). Could this be bad for him?

I’m a severe chronic insomniac. I also get really dizzy for about 2 hours after I wake up because of it, completely off balance.
When you take the sleeping pill Ambien, is it possible that you may still not fall asleep? And im not taking about taking a bigger dose then prescribed. If you take the prescribed dose, will that force you into sleep even if your not trying to fall asleep? Also, I dont plan on it, but can you get high off of Ambien, and what kind of high would it be?
