I have this coleman sleeping bag like brand new, except for this odor
like a grinding wheel smell. I’ve washed it 2 times, with white vinegar added, yet it still has that smell! Is there any way to remove it? Any
suggestions? I don’t know what to do?

I’m going white water rafting/camping along the ococee river. I need a sleeping bag that I can actually fall asleep in. I’m not trying to be cheap on it, but it’d be really great if there were a really high tech and super comfortable one that was also not extremely expensive.

I’m looking for a tent that I can take backpacking with me and it needs to be fairly light, same with the sleeping bag. Also, the price needs to be fairly affordable. About £150 for the tent and the same for the sleeping bag.

I’m moving from LA to New Zealand, and shipping my stuff will take about two weeks. Is this too long to have my sleeping bag in the stuff sack?

I am going on the Inca trek in April. I have a down Mountain Designs Traveler 400 sleeping bag. It’s rated 1-10 degrees. Will that be enough for the trek or am I kidding myself completely. I have good qualities thermals I could alway wear to bed. Do you think I will be all right?

I am the community sleeping bag for my cats, both of them love to sleep on my chest, and it doesn’t matter if I am sleeping on the couch, in the bedroom. They only do it to me, not to my fiancee, my kitten just paws his face to get him up before work. Why am I the community sleeping bag and he isn’t?
The oldest cat is obviously my fiancee’s, his dad didn’t want it in the house anymore and me, I love cats, so he brought it down in a nine hour car ride, the second is my resuce kitty, who was born, and i personally bottle fed the kitten because her brothers took over her momma’s two working nipples and she was another nine hour car ride home to where me and my fiancee live. So my kittys are yes spoiled to a degree.

My husband and I are going on a trip in a few months. Our daughter will be 11 months old then. We are staying in a condo that his parents own. Can she sleep in a toddler sleeping bag on the floor in our room or do we have to just buy a pack n play and lug it on the plane for an extra fee? Is there a minimum age for sleeping bags? What is it? Any other sleeping options or ideas for our little one?

My Best friend Amanda’s dog drooled on my sleeping bag and there is a small pile of it on the side of the sleeping bag and it is really gross. I know I can wash the sleeping bag but are there any other ways. I AM SORRY THIS IS A GROSS QUESTION TO ASK BUT I JUST DON’T CARE FOR DOG DROOL.

My sleeping bag has a nylon for the outside fabric. It slides off of my air mattress and if I use another sleeping bag, it will slide off of my sleeping bag and fall on to the floor of the tent. This is a real pain, as my air mattress is on a frame about 2.5 feet off the ground.

I am looking at doing some backpacking around Australia for about 6 – 9 months…
I don’t know anything about what type of sleeping bag to go for…I have done some research and theres always a 7c or 9c number associated with each sleeping bag model…
Is this code for what climate the sleeping bag is designed for? If so what type should I be looking for?
