Is it safe to take melatonin and nyquil at the same time?

i need the melatonin to help me sleep and i’m sick but the nyquil doesn’t help me sleep, it’s just for the cold not as a sleep aid. is it safe to take both?

i am 16 and having trouble sleeping, i have been taking some HCI 25 sleep aid thing, and it hasnt really been working. my mom said to take one of her 3mg lunesta’s, but i dont know if i can. can i?

Can trazadone be used as a sleeping aid as needed?

I visited my doctor because I’ve been having trouble sleeping. He prescribed me trazadone to use as a sleep aid, and instructed me to take it when necessary for sleeping.

However, after doing some research, it seems as if trazadone is usually taken every day (to treat ailments such as anxiety, which I do not have). So, is my doctor misinformed, or can trazadone indeed be taken only when needed, strictly as a sleep aid?

Is it bad to mix 50 mg of a Sleep Aid with 25 mg of Benadryl?

I’m clueless, have to finish a load of homework and I think the benadryl and sleep aid will knock me out before I’m finished, but I’m not worried about the homework as much as I am myself, will mixing the two hurt me? They both have diphenhydramine

my friend took 26 pills of that "sleep aid liquidcaps" and she threw up alot after that and she passed put for 30 min and now she dsnt feel well and she feels sleepy she is barely talking
what could happen to her if she didnt go to the hosptial ?
