I can’t get any shut eye for the life of me, It’s really starting to effect my everyday life and relationships with people. I’m finding myself increasingly anxious and cranky I can hardly stand myself. I’ve tried over the counter sleep aids I have trouble taking them because I get a restless leg syndrome side effect. I’m wondering if I see a doctor what he’ll do for this?

My doc prescribed 5mg of Ambien to take as needed at bed time for "restless leg syndrome". I take it most nights and it helps a lot and doesn’t make me feel groggy which is good. But I’m a little concerned about my baby. I’ve been taking it for a couple weeks on and off. I still feel him move regularly and my doctor did prescribe it so she must know what she’s doing, I’m just concerned. Any personal experiences?

I’ve been taking 2 Phendimetrazine 35 mg doses 3 times a day, along with Calcium Pyruvate. I’m not able to sleep at all at night even after reducing my last dose of the day to 1 pill. Last night at midnight, I even took some over the counter sleeping pills, and they had a terrible affect – almost like restless leg syndrome. Any suggestions to something more natural to take to fall asleep when using these pills?

I’ve had 2 sleep studies done, no answers other than a bit of Restless Leg Syndrome, I’ve used sleeping pills, I was still exhausted in the day. I can sleep any time of the day, I’m always so tired and lethargic. Any help is appreciated

anything with this drug seems to give me restless leg syndrome.i know theres natural sleep aids and other things you can to do to help sleep.im just looking for a really good over the counter sleep aid.
