Sleeping Problems?
I have bad sleeping problems these days. I can fall asleep alright, but I keep on waking up in the middle of the night at random times and I end up in weird positions when I do wake up, which gives me backaches and other joint pains. I used to sleep in one position, and did not move when I slept. I also wake up early in the morning even though I am extremely tired when I do. I can’t fall back sleep. It’s not that I stay home all day and do nothing every day. I go to work from 8 am- 4pm and study when I get home until night. I work as a volunteer on the weekends. Even though I am tired, I can’t get a good night’s sleep. Any suggestions on how to get a good night’s sleep?
