Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
Now when I take it I get really bad headaches and I still can’t go to sleep. Why is this happening and should I ask my doctor for a prescription sleep aid? He suggested that I take melatonin. Btw I am 16 if that helps.
I have had insomnia for the last several weeks now. I saw a dr. and he put me on a prescription sleep aid which only seemed to work for 4 hours or so and then I was wide awake again. I did not like the way it made me feel either. Kind of aggitated and not feeling right. So, I have melatonin. What is the most of this I can take at night time before I go to bed??? I have 3mg tablets. This won’t harm me will it?? I want sleep. I don’t drink caffeine or eat chocolate. Does ANYONE have ANY ideas to help me fall asleep and stay asleep?? I don’t really have much faith in my dr. after this medicine he put me on. It was horrible the way it made me feel. Someone please HELP me!!

I take 25mg of paxil CR and I want to take a prescription sleep aid like lunesta because I have insomnia. The pharmacist said there is a slight interaction but to ask my doctor about it. I’ve tried OTC sleep aids like sominex and they don’t do anything. So, is it safe to take a sleep aid and paxil together?

I know it’s never a good idea to snort anything, but i have a friend who as of late has been doing this with rozerem alot. Im afraid that some night she’s going to do it when she’s alone, or do too much and something terrible is going to happen. But then again, it could have no affect at all. I mean, it’s only a prescription sleep aid.
My doctor gave me ambien months ago but he took me off it after I told him that my girlfriend has reported me sleep walking, and one night I made about 10 calls on my cell phone singing to people (my girlfriend played me the message I left her) and not remembering it. Very rare side effect.
Given that knowledge what is another prescription sleep aid that might help that wont produce those side effects?
If you’re taking Rozerem, the newest prescription sleep aid, or if you’ve taken it before, I’d love to know what you do or don’t like about it. 
I’ve been thinking of asking my doctor for it, as it apparently has zero capacity to become "addictive". It also sounds like the most "natural" drug in how it works. FYI: I don’t need sleep help all the time. I only need help when I have to go to bed abnormally early on a particular night, due to having to rise abnormally early the next morning.
My normal "sleep onset" is somewhat late, but that’s OK usually, since my work schedule is flexible and my commute is short. HOWEVER, if I need to be up super-early to catch a plane, leave for a roadtrip, etc., I’d ideally like to go to bed extra early the night before. But, no luck!! I’ve tried chamomile, Benadryl, melatonin, meditation, warm baths — I just can’t fall asleep at a time my body &/or brain perceives as "way too early".
THAT’S when I hope a pill like Rozerem can help!
