I was wondering because I dream every night and I remember the dream. However, they are not extremely vivid as they should be during REM sleep, or maybe I’m just confused. For example today I was dreaming that I was in a pool and I remember saying that I was freezing. However, I can’t exactly recall if I actually felt cold. I do remember a lot of it though. Do people only remember their dreams when they are on REM sleep? I know every one dreams every night they just can’t remember them. But I remember them all. Why?

Do I have a sleeping disorder?
In the morning, I cannot wake up. I’ve tried setting multiple alarms and even putting them across the room so I have to get up. Or even feed my pets in the morning, but I go right back to bed.
And I can’t tell myself not to go to sleep cuz half the time I don’t remember being awake.
I feel really groggy and I feel like there is a bunch of pressure and weight weighing me down in the morning. You know when you’re at the bottom of a pool and it’s hard to get to the top? That’s how I feel and when I finally wake up, it’s like I’m bursting out of the water and I’m really awake.
D’ya think I’ve got a sleep disorder?
