I’ve been taking Tylenol Sleep Aid sleeping pills for a while and I take one per night because I can’t sleep through the night. Now, I don’t want to discuss what my problem is, rather I would want to know what are the side affects of using Tylenol Sleep Aid for a long extended period of time. We’re talking about 6 months to year.
Anyone have any ideas?

I am a freshman in college. I can’t get to sleep at night and when I do sleep its only for a short period of time. At first I thought that maybe my sleep schedule was just off, but this has been going on for about six months now. How do I fix this?
