I’m not sure if I should mention it to my mom, it hasn’t happened since I was a kid, and for the past few weekit’s happened 4 times. It causes me to have panic attacks often, although only once have I hallucinated. Should I see a doctor?

I just received my 1st denial letter from ssi. Do you think I have a chance with sleep apnea,bi polar, personality disorder, panic attacks and I receive lots of meds for these conditions.

My mom recently got me melatonin due to my horrible sleeping issues. I’ve been taking it every night to help me sleep better. But ever since I have started taking it, my emotions have been out of control. The littlest things piss me off to the point of panic attacks. I’ve had three this week so far, and I haven’t been in a great mood. I was wondering if the melatonin doses could cause this? Because I have never felt like this before. Please help?
