It’s been several hours since I took the oxycodone 30mg. My doctor prescribed me the Ambien and said if it didn;t work to take 1 1/2 of a 10 mg pill. Is this safe?

I am taking Oxycodone for severe pain. I am also extremely itchy and I know that it is a side effect. Can anyone offer some suggestions on how to get some relief?

I had nasal surgery a week ago and was prescribed Oxycodone for pain. I only took it for about 6 days but now I’m having this horrible insomnia. Could it be withdrawal from the Oxycodone even though I didn’t take it that long?
