My neighbors across the hall had bed bugs and I saw them dragging out their mattress to be thrown away because the bed bugs had colonized inside the mattress. How do I prevent them from getting inside my mattress or box spring?? My mattress cost me about ,500 and I really don’t want to face the thought of disposing it.

My Husband snores so loud the neighbors have complained. I try to get him to try some of the advertised products on the markets. But he claims we’d be wasting money. Which is worse saving money or missing sleep ?

My 13 month old has always been a good sleeper once he’s asleep. However, the ONLY way he goes to sleep if he’s being held (for both naps and bedtime). If we put him in his crib even remotely awake, he will roll over, stand up in his crib and cry.

We live in an apartment so letting him cry is not an option because it’s very disruptive to our neighbors.

How can we help him fall asleep on his own?

I cant sleep, my tv is on, and I can still here him. If I throw something at him he stops but then starts back up again. I’m really irritated. Is there a solution?
He is in another room and my door is closed and its so loud. I bet my neighbors can hear him too.

He lives in an apartment, his neighbors are loud often, and he wakes up at night. He couldn’t think of anything better then taking sleeping pills(no clue how he got them without dr prescription)

Ive been having trouble sleeping lately. My neighbors below my apartment play music late into the night and it gets in my head and bothers me. Even when they don’t play music, I still think about it and can’t sleep. I would ask the neighbors, but we don’t get along very well and I’ve called the non emergency police and reported them because they were blasting music at 5 in the morning. I can’t stand having trouble sleeping anymore, what can I do?

My husband has recently developed some sleep problems. He snores so loud I think the neighbors can hear him(no kidding). He wakes up every 1-2 hours and has trouble falling back asleep. He never feels rested. He has strange, vivid dreams that he actually acts out sometimes. He’s been tested for sleep apnea, but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. Any ideas as to what this could be?
