First of all, it’s not that gross, but it’s consistent. Every time I take a nap during the day, upon waking up I find myself tasting something unpleasant. It never happens from normal sleep, but after a daytime nap it happens without fail. Can anyone explain this?

My son is in daycare 5 days a week and he is my only child. He is a very good boy at daycare and he takes a nap at 1 every day. They get all of the kids to nap at the same time. He is following all of the other kids at daycare so they get no resistance. The problem is on the weekends. Since there are no other kids to follow, he refuses to nap. Any suggestions? Im just wondering if anything happens if you fall asleep and take a little nap during the day when you have concealer on. I know you shouldnt sleep overnight with it on, but would it still be bad if you took a little nap during the day with it still on?

For the past 2-3 weeks i have been only able to sleep for 3 hours at night and 3 hours nap during the day. I had to do this to keep up with my school work. last weekend i had no work so i could finally sleep in. both nights during that weekend i slept for 4 hrs and then kept walking up every 2-3 hours and it also happened last night. do i have a sleep disorder or what?
He’s 19 months. He switched from baby to toddler room oct. 1. Ever since, he’s been going all day without napping. Sleeps during the evening for about hour an half. Staying up till 10-11. He’s eating well but is irritated during evening before and/or after nap. Do you think he maybe overtired? Any suggestions as what we can to help him? What worked best for you?
