After I got back from my vacation that I got no sleep on between the drive out to my destination and the hiking through the mountains I have done I have almost gotten no sleep.

I have felt completely out of it after I have got back and have developed bad dry eyes and sleep deprivation.

I really need help to get back into a normal rythem I feel really just out of it almost like i’m drunk or something can anyone give me any good idea’s of how to get back into my rythem please?

I have had dreams for years about driving through the mountains and countryside. I mean, ending up way out in the middle of nowhere. I can see having a few of them seeing as how I live in WV, but I seem to have a lot more than I think is normal, like one every few months, and these are the dreams that really stand out. There’s always something deeper in the dream, and that part of the dream is not consistent. Do you dream in themes?

I am going visiting my cousin (staying there for a while) and I am scared. Her house is up on a mountains and huge snakes always come in. Probably 3x smaller than a python but probably a little fat. lol. How do I avoid the snakes that will come in. They always come in every 2 weeks. Trust me that happened when I visited her before. I was staying for a month and the snakes got in every 2 weeks. Help

I have a house up the mountains for the winter time so I can enjoy going snowboarding. I always invite my best friend up but she has a problem sleeping anywhere other then her own home. She was wondering if it would be okay if she took sleeping pills for the weekend in order to get an adequate amount of sleep? She can fall asleep eventually but it takes a while.

It will be July in the mountains (warm during the day cold in the morning). My camp has an overnight trip where we sleep in an open shelter in sleeping bags. What kind will I need in terms of temperature?
