Every day I go to sleep at 1am and sometimes 1:30 am and I wake up around 5:30 am or sometimes I sleep till about 8am.

Every day I’m in class for chemistry and I really do not understand the material. Every one else does so if I’m not getting the material it means I’m the one doing something wrong somewhere. Therefore, I am trying to change my study habits. I always do everything last minute and never have much motivation to study. Can you help me develop better sleeping and study habits? Thanks.

What other problems could be mistaken for sleep apnea?




I have many symptoms of sleep apnea but my sleep study shows that it is not an issue. I am tired all the time, no energy or motivation. Depression and anxiety are a major problem. I wake up many times a night feeling like I cannot catch my breath, like my chest is very heavy and not getting enough air/oxygen. What other conditions could cause these symptoms?
