I know simple, My question will be below this, any reading on is just details about me and sleep related experience, details will not be needed for the question.
Methods of doing this, being able to get rested sleep in 20-30 minutes?
Not sure how this works, I understand the sleep cycles and REM, so I find it hard to believe
I have heard this since I was a child how if one, well doesn’t matter since I know only bits of how the methods work and currently, no time to search yet I am posting this, it is I am tired but I know I cannot let myself sleep or nap, if I do, I will not wake up for several hours even if I plan a 30 minute nap with a very loud alarm, I will not wake.
Anyways, right now I would like to do this. I just finished a shift, in 2 hours I will be back at work which will be morning. Usually I love to work where I am and for what it is, the environment I am in. I am working the NOC shift at the datacenter, I am asking this cause in the past it is very easy for me to fall into a short into a short nap and just always works out disastrously. The last time, anyone working in datacenters know, cold isles and hot isles, hot isles, 90 degrees but a nice rush of warm air and if you were lay down on the floor, the very cold floor doesn’t bother you when you have the very warm air rushing over you. My mistake was not getting up as soon as I layed down and it happened, 4 hours later the phone was going off many times, finally waking with the phone ringing, coming out of it as you would if you were to sleep 8 hours then hearing the voice on the other end in a panic, and you don’t know how to respond yet and hearing about how a email server has been down for over 2 hours and this is something that should never, never happen, especially clients paying massive amounts of money per month for this not to happen so I just make sure to do nothing that will result in me falling asleep. anytime I start to nod, I bring myself out of it and do something from past experiences, If I go with those nods, happens every time, I will fall asleep. I have tried many methods, methods one would think would be overkill and work for sure with absolutely no doubt and they do not work, and I have done a lot of research, time and trials per say and all failed, fail meaning I went into a deep sleep,
also very in tune with my subcon,.. won’t say anymore, ones that know will be enough info to understand what I mean.
