I’m wondering, because I have finals to study for and I’m groggy… but if I drink caffeine, (even mid-day) I can’t get to sleep at all. If I pop some melatonin before bed, will that help me sleep if caffeine is still at large in my brain?

How can I cure Insomnia?




I can never sleep at night, I end up taking a nap mid day for about 2 hours and Ill run on that for 24 hours. at night I cant fall asleep at all. how do I stop this?
