Lately I’ve been having these dreams that somethings trying to tell me something but I don’t know what. So i’m wondering if dreams ever do mean anything in reality like a warning or a message or something.Does God ever try talking to us in our dreams? I’ve heard that dreams are like movies of our memories or a window to our soul or things like that. I also heard that sometimes when we’re sick and we don’t know it, our body tells us in our dreams. And does being crazy or alone effect your dreams as well? Your feedback is appreciated

Before light goes into confinment, he does the Death note swap with Rem and Ryuk, where be cycles each death note around, what was the purpose of this, besides chaning ownership of the note book, what did this allow to happen.
Yea ive watched the series, i just found it confusing, cuz no matter which note book an owner touches, they wil recieve their memories back. And i understand why the motivation of making him look innocent, cuz Ryuks note is givin to Rem , who then gives it to the Corprate Boss, and then Rems book is givin to Ryuk , and then dropped on the ground, light then picks it up, making him the owner i assume. At this Point Misa has givin up ownership, so i guess Light would have been the owner of both, i just wasnt sure why he made them pass it around like that.
The ep this takes place in is 24 at around 5 min into the episode. Ryuk says it just goes around in a Circle but Light says he will benifit from it, but he never expalins what it acomplished.
There was no error in the plot because he only gave up ownership of one notebook. Just to clairify my question. During Ep 24 Ryuk says " hey its just gone around in a cirlce" and Light responds with , " It may seem like it but this will be very helpful" That is what i am wondering. What is known is Light, before is goes under survaliance, Is the Owner of both rems and ryuks deahnotes. Rems notebook is passed around and ends back at Light, This is the one he burries. Ryuks notebook is given to Rem, and then givin to the Corprate guy. I am wondering what changed, what was the purpose of this, im just as confused a ryuk is lol.

Neurobiologists argue that dreams are used as a method to store memories and loose those which are unimportant. But, haven’t you ever wondered why we would need to experience our memories in a dream rather than just lying unconciouss? What is your opinion?

Every night it takes at least an hour, 4 hours tops to get to sleep. Constently i have thoughts racing in my mind and recall memories of the past. i cant get my mind to stop thinking about these things and go to sleep. its not bad things, i usually am laughing remember all the good times. i have adhd, mostly inattentive but occasionally hyperactivity and my legs do move a lot when im in bed. i shift around a lot to. is this a sleeping disorder or just adhd?

by the way I’ve also been known to sleep talk and sleep walk if that has any importance. oh, and breath oddly
its not anxiety, the memories are typically pleasant
excersise? yes! i excersice (sorry im a bad speller) like 3 hours everyday with soccer. from like 2:30 to 4:30. sometimes i go to agility training after. thats not the problem

i read it ages ago, prob in the 90s, its a very similar story to earthseed. they wake up on a ship in coffin like things in a playroom and have memories of playing there. there is a big smashed globe on the ceiling. they have flashes of their past lives called rem cycles i think or something, enormous ship, kind of a gene bank thing? they fly through something called colour space. what was the title?
