Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
my doctor uped my meds and i’m incredibly drowsy. i can’t stop taking the meds b/c they are anti-seizure and i’ll (obviously) seize without them.
Anyone have any "anti-drowsiness" remedies? I’m already taking a multivitamin.

I’m seventeen and living with chronic daily migraines. Because of this, my sleep cycle is completely out of whack. Usually I fall asleep around 6 or 7 in the morning and wake up around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. Lately, however, I haven’t been able to sleep at any time of the day, no matter how tired I am. As you can imagine, this isn’t allowing me to be very productive during my waking hours, and it’s wreaking absolute havoc with my head. I’m not willing to try sleeping aids–I’m already on too many meds as it is. What other ways can I handle this?
I don’t know if anyone on here would know much about this. But are there any foods that can cause a bad mood? I have bipolar disorder that does not respond well to medication, so I do not take any meds. So I want to know what foods should be avoided if any.
My doctor knows I am not on meds, so please DON’T LECTURE ME ON THAT!!

i can NEVER sleep at night. even if i wake up early. i literally have to force mysle fot sleep in the wee hours of the morning and even then it takes forever to fall asleep. i dont wanna depend on sleep meds but im getting desperate… help? =(
I’m very sick with pneumonia, and I’m having to pump and dump every 1 1/2 to 2 hours to keep my supply up. I can’t feed my daughter breast milk because of the prescriptions I’m on. My supply is starting to dwindle due to the strong antihistamines and other meds I’m taking. So how can I keep my supply strong while I’m very ill and on strong medication?
Im only 16 and suffering from sleep insomnia. How can i get back to where i can get a good amount of sleep or cure sleep insomnia. I cannot get to sleep at night, when i sleep for long periods of time i tend to have nightmares, i have trouble waking up have to set multiple alarms to wake up in the morning. I have tried everything. Reading before bed. writing, sleeping pills(3), nyquil, other night time cold meds, and nothing works. Any suggestions i really need it. please and thank you (:
I had my levels checked Friday and they found that they were high and told me to stop taking my meds until they run more tests on Monday. I had been having only three symptoms of the toxicity, and they were: nausea, tremors, and drowsiness. The tremors are gone, but the other two are still there and it’s been almost three days of me drinking tons of water and taking it easy. I’m wondering if this is normal or if I should go to the hospital.
I’m on a 10 day course of Augmentin (antibiotic) right now, but it seems like my right eustachian tube is clogged up. I would like to get some temporary relief with over the counter meds.
Does anyone know if decongestants and antihistamines can even be used in conjunction with antibiotics safely? Maybe you even know which OTC meds to take for this?
I dont dream and when i started taking these new meds i started dreaming alot and i had so much energy during the day it was crazy but the one medican effected my balance and i was falling so my doctor reduced my intake and i was like i didnt hv any sleep at all so i started ajusting my dosage my self and i got my energy back but i can feel my balance being effected .Is there any medican to bring about REM sleep ? I think thats whats wronge .??
I keep seeing on the back of over the counter sleeping pills having this label: don’t take if being treated for depressive. Why is that? Do sleeping pills have effect on meds for depressive?
I was prescribed Ambien 20mgs today. I also had back surgery not long ago and take Oxycodone 15 mgs twice a day. (Both prescribed by same dr.) I took the Oxycodone at 6am and again at 1pm. Is it safe to take the Ambien around 8 or 9pm? Has anyone else ever been on these meds?

To those with bipolar disorder. If you have it does it mean you will have to take drugs for the rest of your life? My brothr’s doctor told us he will take it only for 3 years, however 3 years passed and now he’s saying he will have to be on some kind of meds for the rest of his life. He was off the meds for like 5 weeks, and he was fine, but now he prescribed him someting else. I don;t want him to take it anymore. They are killing his spirit.
He was off the drugs for like 5-6 weeks and he was fine. Why he took him back on them?
dizziness and drowsiness has anyone taking cold medicine with these types of meds…i took some coricidin and im concerned about side effects and interactions
