How to fall asleep fast and stay asleep?




I cant seem to fall asleep fast. It takes a real long time until i am sleepy. I have tried many things to fall asleep but none help. Any ideas?

I normally get about 2 hours every night. It’s enough for me. If I sleep for more than about 4-5 hours It’s extremely hard to wake up/stay up. If I do sleep that long I’ll wake up on and off for the rest of the day till around night time when my sleepiness is gone.
I’ve been getting this amount of sleep on a regular basis since I was 13. I do function normal although Im not normal and many things are wrong with me. I have high blood pressure and Im not on meds, Im flatfooted, I have a lisp, etc. But yea 2 hours is ideal, internal clock wont let me sleep more than 4 in a row without waking up.
I should add that Im 19.
