It’s horrible. I don’t take meds or anything I just try my best to deal with it.
So does anyone have any good tips on how to get through the day when you have insomnia and you’re tired and confused all the time? How do you deal with work, school, love, stress, etc?
I don’t need tips on how to fall asleep, as I’ve tried everything in the book. I’d just like to know how other insomniacs cope with everyday life.

For the past week, the person i’m madly in love with has been in my dreams. She hasn’t been a significant role in all of the dreams but she has made appearances each night. It kinda sucks because we are on a "break" right now. I do miss her a lot. Is that normal for her to be in my dream every night? What does this mean? I just don’t understand and I’m scared to go to sleep now because I don’t want to dream about her.

I’ve done light research on how to have lucid dreams, but the most easy one I’ve found was tell yourself each night before you go to sleep that you WILL have one. I’ve been doing that for a couple weeks now, but sadly, I’m still not having any lucid dreams. I know some people are able to have lucid dreams and some aren’t able too, but I had about two short lucid dreams before, so I think I’m capable of having them. But after those 2 dreams, I’ve never had any other lucid dreams again, and I’d love to have more.

Does anyone know any other simple and effective ways on how to have lucid dreams? Thanks.

He got a very nice pillow, big bed and he is only 26 Lb. Love eating vege, no human food. But he fart and snore……… :-) I still love him very much.
