What can I do to help myself get better from depression?
I have been depressed every day for the last five years. I have tried medicine and therapy, sontinued working etc… but no matter what I do I am not getting any better. I have been depressed for years, not just your normal passing depression… along with other symptoms: insomnia, lack of appetite, gruesome nightmares(every night!), and too much more to list here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
