Sleep problems… Does this mean anything?

Quite a lot of the time (at least 4 days a week) if im lying on my bed in the day time, i fall asleep (not intention) and somethimes i just go to sleep in the day because i’m bored. Therefore at night, i usually stay awake till two ish, and then when i DO try to sleep, i have problems with it. And if i try to sleep earlier, it takes me hours to evebtually fall asleep. So it sounds like im half nocturnal. I have tried to break out of this routine but i cant. Got any ideas of how i can? & is this really abnormal, i dont need to see a doctor do i?octurnal. So yeah, at 7am-ish I had a 5 hour energy drink. This is nothing new, Ive had it one or two times before. But today Ive had 3 very bad dizzy spells and a few more minor ones. Is this normal – its been 12 hours now.
By nothing new I mean 5 hr energy drink.

During REM sleep, do you always dream?




i am writing this paper on dream topic and i just can’t find the answer to this question of mine~
anyone knows? i know that dream occur in REM sleep but do they always occur everytime you are in REM sleep?

i’m alittle confused with your answer…are you saying because not always 100% ppl report they dream in REM sleep that’s why the answer is no?

i heard something similar..like the experiment where the experimenter woke them up and ask if they remember the dream or not…
i’m not trying to be a smartass here but you guys wrong!! = =

k, school starts in less than two weeks and i would like to be able to go to sleep around 11:00pm-ish. Right now its 3:08am so you can tell my sleeping schedule is obviously messed up lol. i usually don’t fall asleep until around 4:30am, soo yeah. School starts around 7 btw.

Does anyone have any ways or tips on how i can get back on track?

I’m going on a 10 hour road trip this friday night. We’ll start the trip at around 6-ish so it’ll still be light for another 3 hours. How do I fall asleep WITHOUT sleeping pills, I’m only 13 so I don’t want to get addicted or anything.

How Can I get A Better Nights Sleep?




I’m 15 so I go to sleep on average 10 everynight and wake up at 5:45-6:00 ish for school. I find it really hard to go to sleep and when i do i’ll wake up at random times with all these thoughts and songs stuck in my head which takes about an hour to go to sleep.

Is there a way I could clear all these thoughts and get a better nights sleep?
