Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
Would you just feel very tranquil? Or would you pass out till the evening? Or would nothing happen at all?
Preferably talking about an OTC sleeping pill (50mg of Diphenhydramine hydrochloride)
I sleep about 7.5 hours on average, but get very sleepy nearly every day, mostly early afternoon. In day time I can hardly ever read, then I get very sleepy quickly, but not in the evening. I try to stick to a routine with going to bed and get up times, but going to bed varies about half-hour. What are your experiences?
Could sleepyness be related to other factors than hours sleep? I take antihistamines every day to prevent hay fever related allegy simptoms (not so much sneezing, but similar to a mild cold). But these are new generation antihistamines, supposed to not make one sleepy (citerizine hydrochloride). Any ideas? That worked for you?

I am taking antihistamines (Cetrizine Hydrochloride) for a rash that has appeared on my body and penicillin for generally being run down/ flu type symptoms. Is this considered to be ok? thanks
Can I take 50 to 125mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride as a sleep aid safely between 8 and 12 hours after having taken 10mg of Valium?
I don’t want to take Valium as a sleep aid because it suppresses REM sleep, and it doesn’t really work for putting me to sleep.

I bought some sleeping pills with 50 mg Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride each, and was wondering what the maximum dosage is. The box says to take 1, but can you take 2 with no side effects to fall asleep faster?
I have some verry tempting bacardi rum here that i would like to drink but i also just started taking sleeping pills today. Im supposed to take 25 mg of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride. The brand name is "Sleepaid" it DOES say to avoid alchohol but im sure it just means at the same time. So what do you think, how long should i wait after i drink to take these?
They both have Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride but the purpose on the benadryl is Antihistamine and the purpose for nighttime sleep aid is well.. nighttime sleep aid but do they change at all in the ingredients?
They both just have only that one ingredient.
