I am seeing how long i can stay awake because im bored as hell and i was wondering if you stayed awake for something like 6 or 7 days that your body does not know how to fall asleep anymore because it hasnt done it in a long time.i think i heard this can happen on TV or something… but idk. just wondering. not planning on staying up that long.
The sleep aid is Melatonin, and the instructions just say, "Take 1 dropper a day at bedtime only". Does that mean to just put it on my tongue or mix it in something?

I was just wondering what the signs of insomnia were because i have trouble falling asleep and when i do i either wake up around 5 am and cant fall asleep again or i get a lot of sleep and wake up tired as hell, and this is after tossing and turning for hours which seems to be necessary for me to fall asleep nowadays? i was wondering if it also only effects a certain age group or if all people can get it, like have you heard of a teenager having insomnia because i’am 15 but i display every single symptom and just wanna know if i can even have insomnia at my age?

do only adults get affected or can teenagers also be affected by insomnia, becuase this is my fourth night in a row waking up at around 5am, and when or if i do fall back asleep i wake up later on in the day even more tired

Q1) I cant sleep at night no matter what i do, its annoying the hell out of me >.< I usually end up sleeping around 2-3 in the morning and i have to get up at 7:30 for school. I’ve tried countin backwards from 1000 in 3′s and concentrating on breathin in through nose out through mouth etc. Any tips or tricks?
Q2) I get stressed/angry easily (mainly cause of my EXTREMELEY annoying friend >.>) how can i releive my stress? I cant punch anything cause i break it (yes even a pillow and a wall) and i cant make alot of noise. I do have a hobby (drawing) which i thought would releive stress, instead it just gets me even angrier if i dont end up drawing what i expected (im very hard on myself on these things) talking to friends dont help since i usually end up scaring them XD And im very rude when im angry though i try not to, so i try to be extremely nice when im angry. Long story. But any tips on stress releif?
