Get Better Sleep And Find Natural Remedies To Cure Insomnia
I don’t have health insurance yet, so I wouldn’t be able to afford a prescription. Any suggestions?
I am 19 and have been on xyzal for a year because I keep getting hives every single day and they are really uncomfortable and itchy. I also have asthma. I am suppose to be seeing an allergist, but his treatments are way to expensive even though i have health insurance. What can happen to me for being in antihistamines for a year?

I tried detoxing from alcohol after 2 years I went down from 10 to 6 beers and had horrible nightmares including sleep paralysis, screaming in my sleep and hallucinations last night. I want rid of the alcohol but I don’t have health insurance to do it right in a center and Im trying on my own but I relapsed tonite and Im on 7 beers right now because Im SCARED!
I have had a lot of sleeping problems since I was very young, and I’m always tired. I’m pretty sure I have sleep apnea, and I know I snore. When I have fallen asleep in the chair, while watching television, I occasionally wake myself up after I stop breathing or snoring. I’ve also been told that I’m a very restless sleeper, tossing and turning all night. Could this also be caused by the sleep apnea/snoring, or is this another issue? I know I could I should see a doctor, but I’m not that worried about it yet. Also, I have horrible health insurance, and I doubt it would be covered. But are there other things I can try? Foods that may help me relax, or foods to stay way from? I don’t exercise much now. But even when I regularly did a couple of years ago, I still had problems.
My problem isn’t insomnia. I can get to sleep pretty easy, but just don’t sleep well.
Can you be diagnosed with bipolar disorder without having to go to a shrink? It sounds crazy, but my health insurance doesn’t cover mental health. I have wanted to talk to my doctor about it for a while, but I have been afraid that she will refer me to a mental health specialist. I am not suicidal or anything, but I have a family history of manic depression and am worried that I am showing signs.
I stop breathing sometimes while I sleep and snore like a train, throat is sore, anybody out there going through this….I may add NO health insurance, don’t know what to do it really is effecting my health, I am exhausted and irritated everyday.
Lately ive been having a really hard time sleeping.
Im so tired but i still cant go to sleep. I sleep with a TV but if i dont then i stay up longer with thoughts raceng through my mind.
Its been about a month. So during the day i feel like im drifting everything seems almost like a blur

I dont eat a big meal i do excericise in the day i just want to sleep

I’m about to get married, and my fiance can’t stand how i sleep! I MUST stop snoring so we can sleep in the same room at least when we get married. I have tried:
-Breath Rite strips, BR throat sprays, and BR mouth gargle
-nasal decongestant pills
-allergy medication
-I sleep on my side
-nasal sprays
almost everything, i would prefer not seeing a doctor, as I have no health insurance at the moment, i’m hoping for another solution!
I messed up my sleeping pattern by going to bed at a late time, and now I can’t sleep worth nothing! I usually fall asleep at around 3am, and I need to fix it….what can I do?? I can’t see a doctor because I have no health insurance.
I have sleep apnea which is well controlled through the use of a CPAP machine, but I was turned down for health insurance by Blue Cross Blue Shield because of it. I recently left a job through which I had health insurance and am now self employed and need to find an individual policy for myself.
