For the past few days (5 days) Ive been sleeping in until 10 or 11, (after going to sleep at midnight) and today when I went to go drive I felt extremly tired and sleepy. Then I read online that too much sleep makes you sleepy during the day. How can I fix this? I have a long drive tommorow, how long should I sleep tonight? Should I set an alarm or something?

a half milligram every few days?
I’ve been having anxiety, and I took 2mg twice and .5mg every other time (lorazepam). Over the past 4 weeks I’ve had maybe 5mg total, and haven’t had any in about 4 days. Should I be weaning myself off or is that too low dose to be hooked?

If someone with bipolar disorder dosent take they’re meds for a few days then goes to a party and gets totally wasted , along with snorting cocain can it mess them up really badly?
Like do more things to them other than what it would do to a normal person.

My dad has allergies all over his body and he’s had them for a few days now. The itch is driving him crazy and I feel sorry just by looking at him getting aggravated all the time. Can antihistamines stop the itch? It’s allergies and heat rashes in one. His skin is very red all over..

I am still doing research for my book, and I am wondering how many Ambien sleeping pills does it take to put you in a slight coma, or make it so that you can’t wake up for a few days….

I have problems sleeping due to past traumatic events. I can’t fall asleep easily and when I do fall asleep, I wake up multiple times. I usually take Ambien CR, but I don’t have any more for a few days due to pharmacy mix-ups.
Any advice to help me fall asleep and stay asleep without my medication?
Thank you!

I’m a very bad sleeper. When things get into my head, they stay there and haunt me throughout the night, which makes it very hard for me to sleep.
A few days ago, I was on youtube and clicked on the scariest picture on the internet video. It was a picture of a ghost-like girl. In the description, it said that it is a sort of picture where if you look into its eyes for too long, it will traumatize you, and scare you for the rest of your life. Of course, at first, I didn’t believe this. But now, when i’ve been walking around my house, I have been thinking about it and it makes me shiver. When I look down a dark corridor I think I hallucinate. I know I don’t, but I picture a ghost or zombie there, just standing, staring at me. I’ve never been able to sleep without thinking of something that shocks me, and I don’t turn to one side of my bed because I’m really frightened by it. I haven’t slept in two days. Is this internet picture true? And how can I accept I will be fine and to not think of anything that scares me when I try to get to sleep?
as what snikkirdoodle has said, I already drink milk and cannot exercise early because I get home from school at 5pm.

Every once in a while I strain a neck muscle while sleeping. Usually I can heal it in a few days by sleeping on my back, wrapping a towel around it, babying it, etc. This time, however, it seems to keep getting re-strained every night no matter what I do. I’ve tried sleeping on my back, my side, with a pillow, without a pillow, with a neck brace, without a neck brace, and even in a chair sitting upright. It’s been over a week now and every night is the same: wake up with pain in the middle of the night. I’m quite certain it’s a muscle and not spinal or nerve damage. No numbness or shooting pain or anything like that.

I’ve been singing quite a lot these past few days and I’ve noticed today my voice feels ‘cracked’ especially trying to reach higher notes. My throat is not sore.
I think I’m just over singing.
I have a singing finals in 2 days and I really want to recover from this fatigue throat. How can I achieve this?

I went to the doctor last week, and she prescribed me Trazodone to help me sleep. It wasn’t until just a few days ago I started having stomach pain, like someone was stabbing me, and dark green diarrhea, 99% liquid. I looked at different websites and haven’t been able to link the two, so I was wondering if anyone would know?

I drink soft drinks almost non stop and sometimes I get severe bladder infections with aches, pains and as they say on TV ads, urgency and frequency. A few days of water and/or cranberry juice cures it. I was wondering if it was the cola itself or the caffeine that causes the bladder infection? In other words would drinking excessive iced tea or coffee also cause it and would drinking non-caffeine drinks not cause it?

She’s only 11 and every night she has trouble sleeping. I gave her chammomile (sp?) and she still couldn’t sleep. Is there something wrong? She’s starting middle school in a few days and the sleeping problem has only been going on for the past week. Is she just nervous?

I have since I was little, had severe sleep problems and had experienced very difficult to fall asleep. I could lie awake for hours before I fall asleep and sometimes I’m awake for a few days in a row … I have really tried everything to get these sleep problems disappear and the only thing that seems to help is sleeping pills. I wonder what these sleep problems is due and if they’ll ever go away? Or if it will be this life?

I’m 14. I’d usually be tired and go to sleep at around 10:30-11:00 PM, and fall asleep within about 10 minutes without a problem, then wake up at 6:00 AM on schooldays and about 9:00 on weekends and vacation. Now that vacation has started, I continued going to sleep and waking up at the same time. About 10 days ago, I started having problems falling asleep. I would turn on the light, read a book, listen to music, or even try to fall asleep on a different bed, but I would fall asleep at about 4:00 AM and wake up at about 10:00. I did not leave anywhere for the vacation, and in a few days, I am going to a different country, and I’m REALLY excited for that. I think that might be the reason that I’m having trouble falling asleep. How can I cure it? It really bothers me.

I have 2 turtles that are normally active and healthy. But the past few days one turtle is lethargic and sleeping all the time. He seems to be eating well and he has no other signs of being sick. He just isn’t as active as usual. This isn’t normal for him. Why is he like this?
