Every once and a while I will start having sleep problems that are usually weird sleep schedules or weird amounts of sleep. For instance, Tonight It is 3:40 AM and I am usually in bed by 12. The night before I fell asleep at 10:30 PM can anyone explain why this happens or how I can fix it. My other question is lately I have been sleeping for small amounts of time. Last week I fell asleep at 1:30 am and woke up at 4:30 am. I wasn’t tired and was able to stay awake and active without any problems with being tired and fell asleep at 12:00 am that day. A few days later I slept for over 12 hours and woke up very exhausted and was barley able to get through the day. What causes this. Almost forgot to mention that I wake up sweating some times. It can be a normal night of sleep or a short amount of sleep.

I’m on Zoloft for anxiety & have a history of depression. I want to switch to a different anti-depressant, start taking sleeping pill and go on birth control to curb p.m.s and menstrual pain. What would be a good combination? I’m seeing a doctor about it in a few days but I want to have an educated guess before I see her.

I had broken a leg and was given percocet. in the hospital i was taking it 24 hours a day due to the pain, but about six days later, i was sent home and given a prescprition. i only took it at night, about 20mg per night. its been about two weeks and i have a few days left of the percocet. since i just took it at night will coming off of it be a problem? i m SURE ill have insomnia i know that much. bc it aided my insomnia that i usually have. but what about other effects? i know i also get depressed from using pills.. how will the depression be..? will i be depressed for a few weeks?

well it all started when my mother passed i was 16 years old . well i never rember hardly any of my dreams maybe a few but not many . the only dreams i rember is if i dream of someone dying. i have dreams of death . i had a dream that my neices baby passed. well my neice gave birth to a baby girl she was 3 months early and only lived for a few days. i also have feelings like if something aint right. one time i seen a car acciedent and after seeing it i couldnt stop thinking of my dad well my dad called me the next day and told me he and his girlfriend was in a car wreck! i only have dreams like this of people im real close to. the day my mom passed i was sitting in school and couldnt get my mind off of my grandmother who had passed when i was 8 i sat in class worried well 30 minutes later my brother came to school to get me to tell me about my mom passing . can anyone explain why i dream are think of things badd that happend.

I started taking anti-anxiety pills 3 days ago (I have to take them 2 hours before bedtime) and the doctor mentioned drowsiness as a side effect for "a few days". I’m 15 if that makes any difference, but when will my drowsiness subside? The drowsiness is also making me very irritable..

I’ve already been to the doctor and he gave me some pills and they really helped me. a few days later I didn’t have to take them again, because i could sleep without them, but that was months ago. and now i’ve got this sleeping problems again. i took the pills again, but they didn’t help. i’m lying in bed, but i just can’t sleep!
do you have any ideas to sleep better?

Ive noticed after taking that tablet, these past few days, Ive been dreaming alot, which I think is apart of REM sleep. So does that stuff just make you get to REM sleep quicker? Because Ive only had 2 hours of sleep but feel as if I got 4 or 5. which is usually what I aim for.

Hes getting his adenoids removed in a few days and its been a pain up until this point. he doesnt sleep, he stops breathing (he has severe sleep apnea) and i dont know how to make him more comfortble until the surgery. He wakes up all night crying in frustration due to his condition, and im just wondering will anything help relieve it?

My daughter is about 16 now and i think she’s using sleeping pills. I saw it a few days ago in her room and talked to her about it but she says she’s not using it and is for her project in school. The pills are from Tesco since i searched for it there. It’s called ‘Kalms sleep’.

I’m really worried that she is going to overdose on it. What happens if you have too many of these pills at once? Is there a way i can stop my daughter from stop using these pills?

n the last 2 weeks I hear snoring noises while my 1.5 years old is breathing. This is happening only at the morning and usually after eating yogurt. I can hear snoring noises only for 20-25 minutes and then noise goes away. During this period of time she can’t talk loud, she just whispers. What could be the reason for those noises? I will get her to a doctor in few days, but was wondering is it something serious?

I haven’t been sleeping well at all for the past few days. I sleep only three hours at night and none at day. My diet hasn’t changed too. But I am suddenly facing vomitting, diarrhoea and upset stomach problems. Is lack of sleep directly linked with indigestion? Note that I have been lying down (not sleeping) all day and talking on the phone all day. Are these significant in creating any health problems?

A few days back, due to overload of the work, i could not sleep well. It resulted in bad grades in my subjects coz always i felt kind of sleep. I thought to have sleeping pills. They worked fine and now im taking them daily and my life is probably better than before. I just want to ask that are there any side effects of Sleeping Pills? I dont want to leave them atleast for the next couple of months due to this overload work. My age is 21.

So I can’t sleep and I’d really like to get a whole lot more because I’m having my finals in a few days but I can’t concentrate in class. for the past few days i havent been sleeping that good..i always have a million thoughts running through my mind…lol my whole house is like asleep except me..except my mom cause shes a light sleeper..any tips on how to sleep better at night? i tend to think of scary things in bed too…lol…
