I am studying everyday currently, I am also reading recreationally, and keeping up on the news everyday. Its obvious whats making me mentally exhausted, but the problem is, I have to do all these things in order to live. Someone suggested that I write in my journal, but all that does is channel all my exhaustion, fatigue, and rage into one target. How can I get back to coherency? How can I make my mind work for me?

I have been suffering from fatigue since a very long time now I mean years…but I beginning to think the alertness I am feeling today could be because of good bowel movement. Does this make sense?

I have a migrating problem that travels between my hip, hamstring, knee and quad where from time to time, whether I am running or not, it feels like the muscle or joint is going to "give out" and i might fall over mid stride. There is no pain associated with this, just a sensation of having no strength left. It feel like fatigue but it happens whether I have been running or not. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas what it might be?

So I got a soccer match in about 2 hours, yet i’m feeling tired. My body isn’t necessarily fatigue, but I keep yawning a lot. How do I cure my fatigue before my match WITHOUT the use of disgusting energy drinks?

I’m a freshman basketball player for my school. We practice daily for a couple of hours. I’d like to know if there is any way to reduce fatigue, and additionally how to reduce energy consumption when running.

I’ve felt fatigue for an entire week. I’ve tried getting more sleep, drinking more water, eating better and exercising more. Still.. no change. Just a constant drowsy feeling that wont go away.
Its mild.. but its annoying. What could cause this and should I freak out and see a doctor or just wait it out. To be honest I’m starting to get a little freaked out.

For the past few years I’ve had an extreme problem with fatigue, insomnia, and being very sensitive to cold weather, along with low body temps all the time. Thyroid problems are hereditary in my family, and I’ve BEEN tested (TSH and T-4 which showed as "normal") but I suspect there are tests they didn’t perform. What other blood tests should I get done? What other symptoms should I look out for? My body is beginning to malfunction right and left from these low body temperatures! Help!

So whats the science behind it and is it true squats give off natural growth hormones throughout the body? By the way I don’t care about the feelings i’m having while doing squats i’m ust curious.

I just had a sleep study done at my local sleep center and the doctor diagnosed me with sleep apnea. I am having a little apprehension about this diagnosis because my symptoms do not match any of the normal symptoms. I have fatigue, difficulty falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep, sleep walking and talking(the talking more frequent) and hallucinations while I am sleeping. The last symptom is almost like I am half asleep but I am conscious of my surroundings. For example, I was sleeping but I thought my puppy was laying on the bed with me but he clearly was not. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had my symptoms or even I would like your general input.

I just quit smoking, and I am on my second day. Today, has been the toughest yet. I am severely fatigued. I have vertigo and stomach cramps. Is all this normal and does the fatigue go away on its own, or is it here to stay?
I also got so dizzy that I actually fell and hurt my ankle. How long till these symptoms subside?

For the last 2 to 3 months I’ve been chronically tired. On occasion I’ve found myself sleeping in excess of 12 hours. Tests have ruled out Lyme disease and mono, but haven’t given an answer either. I eat relatively well. I don’t get as much exercise as I should, but I find when I do exercise an hour or so later I’m unable to stay awake.
I don’t have any chronic pain along with the fatigue. There’s not a chance I could be pregnant. I feel otherwise healthy, just tired all the time.
I have another appointment with a doctor next week. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could ask her to look for this time?
I take birth control pills and cytalopram on a regular basis, but I’ve been on both of those for over a year. I wouldn’t be developing side effects to them now.
