Without using drugs, masturbating or sex or showering?
I can’t really fall asleep when I’m thinking either, like counting sheep or something.

I’m taking prescription Depakote ER but am having much trouble sleeping for the first time since I started taking the drug two weeks ago. Which drugs interact with Depakote ER and am I safe taking sleeping pills?
This seems very, very dangerous to me as babies/children should NEVER be given any drugs unless they are ill.
I’ve heard giving benadryl or cough syrup to put their babies into a drug induced sleep. How many of you do it, or know others who do it? How many people think this is very dangerous?
Why do you think we see so many ads on TV these days for Cialis, Ambien, Viagra, and other drugs?
My grandmother has been having trouble sleeping lately and honestly it’s been getting extremely annoying. Only problem is she has a thing against drugs and medication so i can’t take her to a doctor to get it checked out nor can i give her a pill knowingly.
Is there such a thing as an over the counter sleeping pill that’s crushable and i can mix in a drink for her?
But, what is the difference? Are they under the same drug category? Which do you prefer for sleeping? I ask because I’ve taken Ambien on and off for years and it has always worked wonderfully for me. I’ve never tried Ambien CR and was just curious about it. Also, how are drugs like Lunesta and Soma compare to Ambien? ( I’m not thinking about using them, I’m more or less being nosy about them.)

I do not consume caffeine anymore (it’s been about 8 years or so). I just ate a small/medium sized piece of chocolate cake. I wonder if anyone has a clue about how much caffeine would be in that? By the way, I do not eat/drink caffeine anymore due to panic disorder and anticipatory anxiety disorders. Thanks for your input.
I also take Xanax, Buspar and Lexapro and have heard/read caffeine is not good to mix with these drugs. Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with consuming caffeine and any of these medications together?
I took ambien last night and amitripyline the night before that, will I be fine? I heard both drugs are not good interacting with each other. I did not take them both at once. I took the amitriptyline the night before last, and then i took ambien the night after that. That is a far enough gap for taking both medicines for it to be safe right?

I was a former insomniac but now have to fight to keep my head up, eyes open where ever I sit.
It’s really interfering with my school work.
I have been on it for over 6 months now, already tried other drugs and doses, do sleep enough at night, exercise daily, and eat relatively healthy.
Will Methylphenidate (Ritalin) sort out mild narcolepsy or dyssomnia with symptoms including extreme lack of energy, daytime tiredness and difficulty focusing?
I know it is better to avoid drugs when possible, but if it is at the point where action needs to be taken is Ritalin the way to go? What are the risks for a 16 year old girl taking it and will it cause problems later on in life? I appreciate any information you can offer. Thank you
I fly to Bangkok from Los Angles via Tokyo (19 hours)
I fly so many times across the Pacific but I can never fall asleep on the airplane. Do you have any tips on trying to fall asleep?
