i have lots on my mind and i cant sleep. how can i just relax and have a nice sleep without thinkin of my busy life and about crap that i have to do the next day?
Im 13 and when ever im on my period the first night i cramp really really bad and cant sleep the rest of the nights i cramp but not so bad but i still cant sleep and i have to get up at 530 every morning for school?Also how do you keep your older bro from knowing your on your period?
I know the basics of falling asleep such as dont use your bed for anything other than sleeping, dont drink caffeine or eat before bed, etc., but I was just wondering if any of you do anything different to help fall asleep at night. I normally cant sleep until about 4 in the morning.

i take 25mg at 4 pm day 3 and i get a little relaxed for first 2 hes then hyper as hell cant sleep tille 1 then the next day i feel so tired allllllll day long. like draggging……i am taking it for bipolar. but i cant be dragging i am a single mother of 2 young kids 2 and 3 who need me to chase them

im busy working all the time and whilst im under stress at the moment i cant sleep and its making me even more stressed making me loose less sleep, its a vicious circle. theres a tesco near my work so are there any sleeping pills i can just pick up there without having to go to the pharmacy (just like you can pick up paracetamol)
Hey, im 14 years old, and i have problems falling asleep, its so hard for me to go to bed, i have no idea why, i usually sleep with the TV on, only because i cant sleep with everything silent, it just makes me feel weird, what else could i do?? i need to sleep better at night, with the TV off, and me not feeling awkward, any ideas? please reply

How can i sleep better? I have a pulled ligament and i cant sleep or even get comfy it hurts and it numb and it feels wierd so i cant sleep what are thing i can do? And also what are some things i can do when im bord. I cand sleep please help me i cant sleep at all please. THANKS
This guy is a big ass samoan dude on the heavy side, who happens to be my brother in law…lol. Right now I have to "neutralize" the snoring by placing my outdated 300mhz p2, 3ft tall tower next to the wall. I don’t even use it other than to battle the snoring…which doesnt work cause the snoring is straight up in the bass frequency range (super long range prenetration). I cant chop his head off, or wish him dead, so I have to find another method. Can I hang a poster sized sheet of Dynamat? Can a smaller piece of dynamat soundproof a larger area or does it have to cover the actual area the sound is transmitted through. Any cheap methods? Keeping it thin is a plus! I don’t know how women friggin’ stay asleep…unless its a thing only female physiology can handle…like childbirth?
I hate wearing earplugs. My ears get all sweaty eventually and I cant sleep from the noise bouncing around in my head, whatever that is, you know, you can hear yourself breathing loud. Any sound engineers out there?
i just got promoted at work and now i work longer hours and it seems a little more stressful. i dont have enough time to take a nap and when i get home i eat dinner and go to sleep.i think i snore because i am so tired. in turn, my wife cant sleep very well because im "cutting logs" all night long. can anyone help?
