Guys, how do you sleep? Naked, boxers, shirt, pants, what? Also, why is it comfortable..I try sleeping naked but i only get a b0ner and cant sleep…haha, anyay to help that?

what are some good sleeping pills? & how do I get them? I cant sleep at all, but the doctor refusing to give me sleeping pills, how do I make him give them to me?

The problems i have are not sleeping, i am fine at that, i dont wake up at night
Problems:
1. I sleep alot. every chance i get sleep from in the day sometimes, and i allways fell tired, like i am drained
2. When sleeping at night, i flinch(all of a sudden i will start shakeing and blush by back up and stomic back, heaps fast, for a good distance
3. Some nights i wake up and i punch my girlfreind in the face, and i dont notice till iv done it, just one secound i am sleeping next secound i am doing it, also comes in elbowing, punching etc
4. shore and talk in my sleeping
5. lack of energy and feeling drained all the time
Anyone have any ideas how i can help these things, or any ideas what it might be,???? can anyone help???
i also push her upto the side wall of the bed, and move over, and with the sleep flinching i am laying in bed, and i will flinch and it will throw her towards the wall, and she crys as it hurts her alot,
i also roll and move alot, and i cant sleep without the fan on, and my feet out / or if i have to much blankets on a sheet is enough
i take anywhere from 40mg to 50mg. I feel fine most of the time. I just cant sleep without it.
i really need sleeping pills because i cant sleep at all until my body is so tired from not getting sleep that i pass out at like 6am. i need a fast solution, is this enough for the doctor to give me sleeping pills? if not, how bad does it have to be to get them?

My fiance snoring is getting really bad, he is not over weight and doesnt smoke and has a very healty diet, but recently his snoring has gotten worse I end up sleeping in the spare room every night. Please help!!!!!!

If you are tossing and turning it could be due to some of the above mentioned reasons. You also may not be getting rem sleep if you have sleep apnea. That is more common than you think and it does not just affect older people, although it tends to affect people often when they get older.
Try to make sure you keep to a good sleep schedule. In other words, see if you can start to go to bed at exactly the same time of night for a period of a week to 10 days. Go to bed by 11:00 at night and get up at 8:00 and do not stay in bed for more than 8 hours, even if you are a little tired when getting up.
i smmoke weed n i still cant sleep
So heres the issue, My friend is having trouble sleeping. He’s going on like 4 days without sleep and im really worried about him. He tried taking benadryl and that didn’t work. He tried listening to music. He tried reading a boring book. So if anyone has any ideas for a home remedy like one that pretty much anyone can do without having to go out and buy things to make it. I really appreciate any advice a lot. so thanks yall.

There is a lot on his mind. and i mean A LOT. He has talked to me for a bit and then tried to sleep again. Im not sure if it has worked. but even with talking sometimes ya still cant sleep. Because no matter how much you talk. Some things are not going to go away. So i am looking for some Remedies. He told me if he still couldn’t sleep he would call me back, so im just trying to get some ideas ready. I would have suggested a nice warm bath or shower to him but he has been awake for so long i fear he would fall asleep and injure himself if not worse drown.
My boyfriend is working 3rd shift and never sleeps good. We hardly get to spend any time together, and when we do have time, he just wants to rest. I cant blame him, he really cant sleep. But I want to figure something out to help him sleep better. So we can have more time and so he can start looking and feeling healthier. Any ideas on helping him? No pills please, lol.
Whenever i cant sleep ( which is usually when i am thinking about alot), my heart beats really fast and i have no idea why. What is happening? Is there anything i can do to stop this? This has happened the past two nights and I am exhausted.

Sometimes, i feel like there are bugs crawling all over my skin and theres not, and its usually when i think about it, what does this mean?
i cant sleep at all and i thought it was dry skin but ive been putting lotion on everyday and i dont think i had dry skin to begin with.
and i do have a fear of bugs but just as normal as any other girl would.
does it mean im ocd or have paranoia or something?
I suffer from depression, and add.. my sleeping pattern is in a flux, i lay down around lets say 11. and i just kind of toss in turn in till 4 or 5. it seems i cant sleep when it is dark, because i can fall asleep when every i feel during the day, but at night it is so different. Help please!
